Introduction‌

Made of food-grade PP/PE plastic material, it has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and environmental safety. The snap-on structure integrates anti-theft ring and tension reinforcement rib design to achieve 360° leak-proof sealing, while supporting one-button opening and closing operation, suitable for fast-paced usage scenarios. The surface can be customized with matte/bright texture to enhance brand recognition.

Material‌:PP (polypropylene) or PE (polyethylene), in line with REACH and RoHS environmental standards, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion;Optional PETG material (transmittance ≥ 92%, impact resistance increased by 30%).

Structure‌:28mm standard diameter (tolerance ±0.5mm), compatible with ISO threaded bottle mouth;Built-in annular sealing ring, passed the 2.5Bar airtightness test.

Physical properties:Temperature range: -20℃~80℃ (instantaneous heat resistance temperature difference up to 100℃);Tensile strength>90kg, anti-theft ring breaking force ≥35N.

Customization:Color: transparent/milky white/custom color (supports Pantone color card matching);Additional functions: child safety lock, anti-counterfeiting laser engraving slot.
