IEC62688 85℃ 85%RH PV Panel Humidity Freeze Test Device,The chamber's damp heat test is performed according to IEC 61215 and IEC 61646 standards. With this test, the PV module's ability to withstand the effect of long-term penetration of humidity can be accurately determined. PV modules are subjected to temperatures upwards of 85°C and relative humidity of 85% for 1,000h in the climatic chamber.

A) A PV climate chamber with automatic control of temperature and humidity, can hold one or more components, as shown in figure 12.

 

B) A device of supporting components is installed in the climate chamber, and to ensure that the air around can freely cycle, heat transfer installation or device should be small, in fact, components should be insulated.

 

C) A instrument to measure and record the component temperature with accuracy of ±1 ℃. If multiple components test at the same time, only need to monitor one representative component temperature.

D) In the whole test process, instrument to monitor each component internal continuity.
