This equipment is primarily applied to drilling and stamping of large-size, high-strength angle steel for transmission line towers. All holes on angle steel can be processed on this production line, featuring high hole quality, positional accuracy, as well as remarkable production efficiency and automation level.
Product Features:
High Automation Level :The production line is integrated with an automatic loading system (comprising a transverse feeding channel and a rotating loading frame), an automatic unloading mechanism, and an automated feeding device. This enables the complete processing of all holes and steel mark engravings on angle steel in a single pass through the production line, eliminating the need for manual intervention. As a result, it significantly reduces the labor intensity of operators.
