The CNC gantry-type drilling and milling machine is primarily designed for the machining of tube sheets, flanges, bearings, heat exchangers, and other components in sectors such as petrochemicals, nuclear power, wind energy, boilers, and steel structures. It supports high-speed drilling operations using carbide drill bits with internal cooling or high-speed twist drills with external cooling. This versatile machine performs a variety of tasks, including drilling, chamfering, tapping, milling, and boring. Additionally, it can be fitted with an optional automatic right-angle head to enable side drilling, tapping, and milling functions.

1. The plate sheet and flange drilling, milling, and marking machine consists of several essential components, including the bed, longitudinal slide, gantry, transverse slide, vertical feed unit, drilling and milling spindle, worktable, cooling system, automatic chip removal system, automatic lubrication system, pneumatic system, electrical system, and other critical elements.

 

 

2. The servo-driven sliding drilling power head of the CNC steel plate cutting machine is capable of performing drilling, reaming, tapping, chamfering, and groove milling operations. It can function either in conjunction with other units or independently. The drilling spindle is equipped with a high-precision Taiwan-made spindle (featuring internal cooling) with a BT50 taper hole, and incorporates a butterfly spring automatic broaching mechanism. This configuration facilitates convenient tool changes through the use of a connecting rod and a hydraulic cylinder tool loosening system, allowing for quick interchangeability between drill bits and milling cutters.

 

 

3. The structure of the drilling and marking machine is equipped with high-precision linear guides, ensuring smooth and stable motion. An AC servo motor drives a synchronous belt and precision ball screw assemblies, ensuring exceptional accuracy.
