3. The system is engineered to support up to 25 molds of varying diameters, featuring a rapid and intuitive mold installation process.
4. The loading, punching, and unloading of plates are entirely automated, drastically reducing labor demands and optimizing operational efficiency.
5. Waste materials are automatically ejected and collected, ensuring a smooth and efficient production flow.
6. The automated programming software allows for the direct import of graphics from AUTOCAD or .DXF files created by other CAD software. Featuring an intuitive human-machine interface, it enables the automatic generation of machine tool processing programs, thereby reducing time expenditure and minimizing the risk of errors.
