This machine tool is primarily designed for drilling operations on H-shaped steel. It employs three high-speed precision drilling spindles for workpiece drilling, featuring high machining accuracy and user-friendly operation. As an indispensable high-efficiency equipment in the steel structure industry, it is widely utilized in sectors such as construction, bridges, tower masts, grids, and others.
1. Cooling system:
The aerosol cooling method is used to cool the drill bit, that is, it is realized by compressed air + cooling water. Its advantages are less coolant consumption, cost saving, environmental protection, and reduced drill bit wear. The flexible nozzle is installed on the headstock, and the spray position of the nozzle can be adjusted conveniently, so that it can always cool the drill bit.
2. Hydraulic system: Provide power to the workpiece pressing device.
3. Pneumatic system: It is used to provide power to the side thruster, main shaft blowing, etc.
4. Lubrication system:
It adopts a combination of centralized lubrication and manual lubrication. A centralized lubrication device is used for regular and quantitative lubrication of certain linear guides and lead screws, and other lubrication points are lubricated by manual lubrication.
5. Electrical System:
The control system of the production line is composed of a host computer and PLC.
Programming method: Automatically generate processing programs through CAD drawings.
