This is a set of ceramic products of shafts and bearings working together. The inner hole and end-faces of ceramic bearings are polished, also the outer diameter of shafts is polished, whose roughness is usually less than Ra0.25. When the ceramic shaft is revolving in the ceramic bearings, the smooth surface of each make the pump rotor run with much lower friction and noise. The super hardness keep the pump rotor running for much longer time without chippings produced. Wall hung gas boilers, circulating pumps, shield pumps often use these alumina ceramic bearings rings and alumina ceramic shafts to lengthen their service life.
