Theory:
The S-type pressure sensor is a kind of snesor commonly used in sensors. It is mainly used to measure the pressure and tensile pressure between solids. It is often refered to as an S shape pull pressure sensor. The sensor is made of alloy steel, sealed by silicon rubber, easy to install and use. It is suitable for electronic weighing system such as batching scale, crane scale and mechanical scale.
The working principle of S-type sensor: under the action of external force, the elastic body will undergo elastic deformatio, so that the resistance strain aguge pasted on its surface will also deform along with the deformation. The strain gauge will have a large or smaller resistance and then convert this resistance into an electronic sigal(voltage or current) through the corresponding measuring circuit, thus completing the process of converting the external force into electronic signal.
