This 800kg strain gauge load cell elevator weighing system provides precise weight measurement for elevator operations. The system consists of a controller unit and load cell sensor that work together to monitor elevator car weight and ensure safe, efficient operation.
The load cell converts weight signals into electrical signals transmitted via cable to the controller. When elevator car weight changes, the controller outputs relay contact signals and 0~10mA current or 0~10V/-10V~+10V voltage signals as required. Overload conditions trigger audible and visual alarms.
