Product Introduction

Equipped with centrifugal atomizer, centrifugal spray drying tower is one of the most widely used dryer in industrial production. By adding material liquid to the high speed rotating spray tray , liquid is flung into droplets after drying in the drying chamber subjected to centrifugal force.

Working Principle

Feed pump sends pump water reducing agent solution to the high speed centrifugal atomizer in the middle of the drying tower by using high speed rotating centrifugal force, the material liquid to spray

fine droplets. Approved by the heat source of hot air, heating points after reasonable ventilation, win into the drying tower. Droplets are fully mixed with hot air drying tower, for heat and mass transfer in

quickly,in a very short time be dry powder products,grain size larger products from dry bottom,

smaller particle size productwith hot air into the cyclone dust collector,separation of products by the

discharge valve discharge, via water containing a small amount of dust exhaust dust after emptying.
