I. Technical requirements
1. Material: Q345R surface chrome plated roller
2. Initial moisture: 75%
3. Final moisture: ≥10%
4. Production: 2000kg/24h→85kg/h
5. Control mode: Independent cabinets (separate control cabinets)
6. Heating mode: Steam (0.4 mpa~0.5 mpa)
7. Dehumidification system: External connection of dehumidifier

II. Technical selection
Water evaporation per hour: W=85*[(75%-10%)/(1-75%)]=221kg/h
Handling capacity per hour: G=221+85=306kg/h
The evaporation intensity per square meter per hour is 10~12 kg/h.m2 according to the heat source condition of the user site and the actual experience data of our previous installation and debugging (10 kg/h.m2 here)
The evaporation intensity per square minute Q=10÷60=0.166 kg/min.m2. Water component to be evaporated per minute: Q1=221÷60=3.68kg/min.m
Real required area =3.68÷0.166=22m2(effective drying area)
The actual effective drying area of the drum scraper dryer is as follows: S=7.3 m2, consider using 1 drying equipment to meet the actual drying area. The single model is: TG-φ1.5×1.8, S=8.4 m2
