Machine Operation Process
The tube filling and sealing process begins with automatic feeding from a large-capacity hopper. Tubes are precisely aligned and inserted into positioning dies that rotate with the turntable. At the filling station, paste from a closable conical barrel is accurately injected using a piston-type quantitative filling valve. The filled tubes then proceed to the flattening station and are mechanically sealed with coding completion.
