Automated Packaging Process
This advanced packaging system performs a complete automated workflow: robotic arm picks pre-made bags, opens them with automatic tracking for failed openings (bags can be collected and reused), seals bag tops, embosses date/batch information (up to 35 characters), and conveys finished bags via conveyor belt.
Applications & Capabilities
Suitable for quantitative packaging of facial masks, wet towels, granules, powders, and various other materials. The machine handles automatic feeding, metering, filling, sealing, date printing, and complete conveying and discharging processes with high precision and efficiency.
