The VPD200 is a high-performance horizontal automatic bag packing machine designed for efficient packaging of facial masks, wet towels, granules, powders, and similar products. With a production speed of 40-60 bags per minute, this machine delivers precision packaging with automated feeding, metering, filling, and sealing operations.
Operation Process
Pre-made bags are loaded into the bag box
Robotic arm picks bags one by one
Automatic bag opening with tracking system (unopened bags are collected for reuse)
Bag top side sealing
Date/batch embossing (up to 35 characters)
Conveyor belt transports finished bags
