Product Description

Preface plastic pallets are manufactured exclusively from pure, high quality materials and are injection moulded in one piece. Featuring excellent mechanical performance, low weight and high load-bearing capacity, Many businesses rely on this plastic pallet when transporting goods from the distribution warehouse to the sales floor. Customised printing of logos or numbering and special colours available on request.

Light Weight Plastic Pallets

The 9 feet single face light weight plastic pallet could be only used on flat ground, it is suitable for light load application and also could be used as export package pallet with goods. The 9 feet single face light weight pallets' dynamic load is usually 500kg, static load 2000kg, they are now allowed to be used on rack.

There are usually two types of light weight plastic pallets, mesh surface, flat top, the most popularly one is mesh 9 feet.

Standard Plastic Pallets

The standard plastic pallet are uaually used on flat ground for its low capacity.

Its dynamic load could be 1 ton, static load could be 4 tons, while, rack load could be only 200kg~300kg.

The standrad plastic pallets have various types, grid six runners, grid three runners, flat top three runners, grid six runners etc. They could meet various customers' needs and demands. But grid three runners and six runners are the most popular.

Rack Plastic Pallets

The rack plastic pallets are used on different type of rackings, such as drive-in racking, cantilever racking, automatic 3D racking etc. Certainly, it could be used on flat ground also.

The rack plastic pallets have the feature of heavy load capacity, in general, the dynamic load could reach 1.5 tons and static load up to 6 tons, rack load could reach 0.8~1 ton.

The rack plastic pallets have three types, grid six runners, grid three runners, flat top three runners, grid six runners etc. They could meet various customers' needs and demands. But grid three runners is the most popular.
