terms of sanitary conditions and production standards are increasingly exposed. In this case, plastic pallets began to appear, and soon

occupied a place in the market. Compared with wooden pallets, the pallets have good integrity, cleanliness and hygiene. They are light in

weight, no nails, acid and alkali resistance, no deterioration, easy to clean and so on. Because the service life of the tray is 3-8 times longer

than that of the wooden tray, and the waste tray material can be recycled, the single use cost is lower than that of the wooden tray. In China,

although the production and use of plastic pallets are lagging behind those of western developed countries, the cost of single use is lower than

that of wooden pallets. In China, although the production and use of plastic pallets lag behind the developed countries in the West, they are

developing rapidly and are being recognized by more and more users.

Plastic pallets are usually made of high density polyethylene (HDPE) in one production. Injection tray is made of low pressure high density

polyethylene, which is injected once. Because the cost of raw material is lower than that of blow moulding tray, it is widely used in China. Its

disadvantage is that the bearing capacity is slightly smaller, and the load on the double-girder rack (without chucks, beams) generally does not

exceed 1 ton. At the same time, because of its production process, tray structure is generally single-side use type, double-side use type can

only be made of two single-side trays welded or bolted, so less production.
