Brief Introduction of Plastic Pallet
Our stackable pallets are designed to facilitate loading and unloading and transport of heavy loads during storage, processing and
manufacturing. With a static load capacity of up to 30,000 pounds, these plastic pallets are ideal for stowage, conveyor systems, distribution
centers and static storage.
These pallets are economical, environmentally friendly and efficient, making them an ideal replacement for wooden pallets. Cleanliness is a top
priority in most food, beverage and pharmaceutical environments. These non-permeate, smooth plastic trays are easy to clean and can be
manufactured using plastic materials approved by the US Food and Drug Administration if required. In addition, several types of pallets have
been developed specifically for fire protection needs, and fire-resistant materials have been used, which have been fully certified by FMI
(Factory Mutual Insurance).

fitting a top cover, laminate or self-locking strap, a complete unitized system is born without the need for additional wrapping or strapping.

Q1: How to choose a suitable product?
A1: You could give us details as follows:
a) Pallet/dustbin size: length *width *height;
b) Pallet/dustbin applications;
c) Pallet load capacity: dynamic load, static load and rack accordingly.
Q2: Can you provide customized services?
A2: We could provide customized services as follows in condition that the quantity exceeds 300 pieces.
Q3: Can you develop a new product?
A3: Yes, but there will be die cost. We can return the fee of mould when quantities reach to a certain number later.
Q4: What is your lead time?
A4: In general, our production time is 15~20 days against advanced payment. We can send you a production plan when in batch orders.
Q5: What is your payment term?
A5: In general, T/T is more preferable. We can also accept L/C, paypal, west union etc
Q6: Is there any quality assurance?
A6: Yes, our warranty time is 3 years. One replace one within a year, two replace one within 2 years, 3 replace one within 3 years.
Q7: How to get a sample?
A7: Usually, the sample will be delivered by air express DHL/TNT/FEDEX, if you have other solutions, we could discuss.
Q8: What is the packing method?
A8: Pile them one by one, with shrink film outside.
