What are Stackable Pallets

Stackable pallets are designed to allow palletized product to be stacked, saving valuable floor space. Stackable pallets are relatively lightweight

and can sometimes be “created” as needed by quickly and easily adding runners to the bottom of some of our nestable pallets. Stackable

pallets need to be fully supported, and are therefore not intended to be used in racking systems other than a wire mesh rack.

Features

1. Material

Made of high-density virgin polyethylene for long life, virgin material for dimensional stability in temperatures ranging from -40 °F to +140 °F, briefly up to +194 °F (-40 °C to +60 °C, briefly up to +90 °C).

Pallet is single injection molding, no assemble or welding issue risk.

2. 3 runners, four-way entry offers convenient all side entrance, 2-way by pallet truck and 4-way by a fork truck.

3. Anti-slip design. New plastic and elastomer anti-slip mats to help keep pallets from sliding off forks and each other during transit, and are stackable for efficient storage.

4. Build in zinc coated bars, ars on deck and runners in cross position,4 steel bars on deck ,4 steel bars on runners, the load capacity is increased to 1,500 kg in high racks. Steels build inside the pallet inner structure, not exposed to the pallet outside, and the plug for steel bars designed to be fasten by self-tapping screws to avoid plug falling off, steel falling down and hurt workers.
