- Non-leakage design for safe operation
- Excellent self-priming performance
- Handles various media types including corrosive and volatile fluids
- Available in multiple materials: Cast steel, Aluminum alloy, Stainless steel, Polypropylene
- High volume delivery even at low air pressure
This pump is widely used in wastewater treatment, chemical processing, petrochemical operations, painting systems, ceramic manufacturing, environmental protection, and printing/dyeing industries. It effectively handles corrosive, volatile, flammable, poisonous fluids with particles and high viscosity.
The air operated diaphragm pump uses pressure differences in the air chamber to alternately generate intake and positive fluid pressure. Ball valves ensure forward fluid flow, with automatic cycling that maintains line pressure and resumes pumping as needed.
Available with various diaphragm materials including Santoprene (-40° to 225°F), Hytrel (-20° to 150°F), and PTFE/Santoprene combinations. Ball and seat materials include Santoprene, Hytrel, PTFE, Acetal, Polypropylene, Kynoar, and Stainless Steel for optimal chemical resistance.
