Operating Principle

The BSK diaphragm pump utilizes a modular air motor and fluid section design. It operates by alternately generating intake fluid pressure and positive fluid pressure in the fluid chamber through pressure differences in the air chamber. The integrated ball valve system ensures forward fluid flow direction.

Pump cycling initiates when air pressure is applied and continues automatically to meet demand. The system builds and maintains line pressure, stopping when maximum pressure is reached and resuming operation as needed for continuous, efficient performance.
