Industrial Reciprocating Diaphragm Pump
This pneumatic air-operated diaphragm pump delivers high-volume fluid transfer even at low air pressure, with broad material compatibility options available. The BSK pump features modularized air motor and fluid sections for easy maintenance and service.
Operating Principle
The air-operated diaphragm pump alternately generates intake fluid pressure and positive fluid pressure in the fluid chamber using pressure differences in the air chamber. Ball valves ensure forward fluid flow direction. Pump cycling begins when air pressure is applied and continues to maintain line pressure, stopping only when maximum pressure is reached and resuming as needed.
