Air Supply Requirements
Important: Use a filter capable of filtering particles larger than 50 microns on the air supply. No additional lubrication required beyond factory-applied "O" ring lubricant.
Maintenance Guidelines
Service kits are available for both air section and fluid section maintenance. Keep detailed service records and include pump in preventive maintenance programs. Before disassembly, drain captured material by turning pump upside down.
Fluid Section Disassembly
- Remove upper and lower manifolds
- Extract ball components, "O" rings, and ball seats
- Carefully remove fluid cap and diaphragms
Reassembly Instructions
- Reassemble in reverse order using clean, inspected parts
- Lubricate diaphragm rod and "Y" ring with grease
- Ensure proper diaphragm alignment to prevent twisting
- Check fastening and sealing after initial operation
