Air Supply Requirements
Important Safety Notice
Excessive air pressure can cause pump damage, personal injury, or property damage. Use a filter capable of removing particles larger than 50 microns. No additional lubrication required beyond factory-applied "O" ring lubricant.
Operating Instructions
- Flush pump with compatible solvent if material may solidify during downtime
- Disconnect air supply during extended inactive periods
- Ensure adequate material supply tubing to prevent restrictions
- Install check valve at air inlet for forced-feed applications
- Secure pump legs to suitable surface to prevent vibration damage
