Operation Guidelines
- Ensure workpiece and machine are stable and use precision holder
- Adjust speed, feed and cutting depth according to actual cutting conditions
- Milling conditions apply for end mills where tool overhang length is less than 4×D (mill diameter)
- For longer tool overhang lengths, adjust speed, feed and cutting depth accordingly
Safety Precautions
When tool is clamped and uneven contact marks or grooves are found on the tool handle, it indicates slippage or deformation of the fixture inner hole. Replace jacket immediately. Tool handle and jacket must be fully tightened and secured to prevent tool handle fracture or accidents.
Keep tools clean after work and use standard industrial solvents to remove stuck dirt.
