Diamond polishing tools consist of two material types: PCD polycrystalline diamond for rough polishing and ND natural diamond for fine polishing. These tools are mounted in specialized polishing plates and can be used with diamond polishing machines, edge-grinding machines, CNC centers, and milling machines to complete both rough and fine polishing of acrylic plates in a single operation.
