Polycrystalline Diamond PCD Insert:

PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) is a synthetic diamond product that is produced by sintering together selected diamond particles with a metal matrix, using sophisticated technology. The diamond and matrix, when sintered together under high temperatures and pressures, creates a PCD tool blank that is high in uniform hardness and is abrasive resistant in all directions. PCD Inserts is made of PCD tips( cutting from PCD blank) and a carbide substrate.

PCD(Polycrystalline Diamond)is a synthesized, extremely tough, intergroup mass of randomly orientated diamond particles in a metal matrix. It is produced by sintering together selected diamond particles at high pressure and temperature.

 Diamond polishing knife is composed of two materials: PCD polycrystalline diamond rough throwing knife and ND natural diamond fine (fine) throwing knife, in turn installed in the special polishing knife plate can be in the diamond polishing machine, grinding machine and CNC center (CNC) or milling machine equipment on the acrylic plate, one time to complete rough and fine polishing.
The tool is composed of natural diamond (PCD) polishing knife, good polishing effect, fine grain.
The tool grinding process is mature, the chip removal performance is excellent, can complete the polishing of dozens of plates at one time, is the organic plate batch polishing, edge grinding efficiency, high yield, highlight of the first choice tool.
