FAW J6L 350HP 12000L 4X2 Intelligent Asphalt Distributor Truck with Thermal Oil Heating System
This thermal oil asphalt tank features high automation levels, supporting seamless switching between manual operation and fully automatic modes to accommodate various construction and debugging scenarios. Operators can preset high and low temperature thresholds as needed; the burner automatically starts or stops according to set parameters, with an over-temperature alarm function that provides timely warnings when limits are exceeded, ensuring safe and stable equipment operation.
The asphalt tank's mixing motor includes temperature interlock protection that only activates once internal asphalt reaches the preset operating temperature. This design prevents motor ablation caused by low asphalt temperatures and excessive stirring resistance, protecting mixing equipment service life and operational safety.
The tank utilizes an independent electric-powered heating circulation system. A temperature sensor monitors thermal oil heating temperature in real time, controlling the circulation water pump operation. When heating temperature reaches preset values, the system stops automatically and triggers the asphalt pump motor to start synchronously, achieving coordinated heating and material delivery.
Internal asphalt tank temperature is adjustable to meet underwater concrete requirements, with heated qualified asphalt transported smoothly to subsequent construction processes. A three-way plug valve at the asphalt pump inlet and outlet enables switching for internal tank circulation, ensuring uniform asphalt heating and significantly improving overall working efficiency.
After setting the specified mixing temperature, the mixing motor interlock releases and the mixing device operates normally. The assembly features three layers of mixing blades that thoroughly stir bottom asphalt, reduce sedimentation, prevent material stratification, and achieve optimal mixing results for consistent asphalt quality.

To be performed after paving or when changing materials to prevent solidification.
- Preparation: Check and ensure all valves are strictly CLOSED
- Add Solvent: Open the asphalt filter cover and pour in an appropriate amount of diesel
- Engage Power: Shift the Power Take-Off (PTO) into gear
- Circulation: Turn on the asphalt pump switch and let it run at low speed for 1-2 minutes
- Completion: Turn off the pump switch and close all valves immediately after cleaning
Use this method to clear the spray bar or manual spray gun.
- Control Setup: Set the "Control Position" switch on the front console to REAR
- Mode Selection: On the rear console, set the control valve to "Nozzle Blow"
- Main Switch: Open the main switch for the rear nozzles
- Air Flush: Press the "Air 10" switch and start the asphalt pump at low speed
- Diesel Flush: Open Valve 11 to introduce diesel
- Sequential Cleaning: Open the individual nozzle switches one by one. Let the high-pressure air/diesel mix flush the lines
- Repeat: Cycle the flush 2-3 times, then immediately close Valve 11
- Switch Position: Set the console switch to "Manual Spray Gun"
- Flush: Open Manual Valve 9 and Valve 11
- Repeat: Perform the flush 2-3 times
