LZB Glass Tube Rotameter Flow Meter with 2.5% Accuracy and DN4-100mm Sizes for Industrial Fluid Measurement
LZB/LZJ series glass rotameters are precision instruments designed for measuring single-phase non-pulse fluid flow rates in various industrial applications. These flowmeters feature high accuracy measurement and excellent corrosion resistance for demanding environments.

The flowmeter consists of a tapered glass tube (wider at bottom, narrower at top) and a float that moves vertically with fluid flow. When fluid flows upward through the tube, the float rises due to combined lift force and buoyancy. When these forces balance with the float's weight, the float stabilizes at a specific height, with the tube scale indicating the fluid flow rate.
LZB/LZB-( )F models feature smooth inner wall glass tubes. For diameters larger than DN15, floats move along guide rods for stability. LZJ/LZJ-( )F models incorporate three guiding edges on the inner wall to maintain float stability. Units smaller than DN10 utilize hose connections with needle flow control valves, while larger units employ flanged connections.
