OEM ODM Gas Mass Flow Controller Anti Corrosion Glass Tube Rotameter DN4-100mm with 2.5 Accuracy and 206bar Pressure
LZB/LZJ series glass rotameters are precision instruments designed for measuring single-phase non-pulse fluid flow rates (liquid or gas). These anti-corrosion flow controllers feature glass tube construction with excellent chemical resistance, making them suitable for demanding industrial applications.
Widely used in chemical industry, petroleum processing, light industry, pharmaceuticals, environmental protection, food processing, measurement testing, and scientific research institutions.
The flowmeter consists of a tapered glass pipe (wider at bottom, narrower at top) and a float that moves vertically with fluid flow. When fluid flows upward through the tapered pipe, the float rises due to combined lift force and buoyancy. When these forces equal the float's weight, the float stabilizes at a specific height, with the corresponding scale indicating fluid flow rate.
LZB/LZB-( )F flowmeters feature smooth inner wall tapered pipes. For models larger than DN15, the float moves along a guide rod for stability. LZJ/LZJ-()F models have three guiding edges on the inner wall to maintain float stability. Models smaller than DN10 use hose connections with needle flow control valves, while larger models (DN15+) utilize flanged connections.
