- Fully wrapped valve seat design for superior anti-expansion and anti-contamination
- Nickel cobalt alloy diaphragm for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance
- Standard surface roughness: Ra0.25 μm (BA grade) or electropolished Ra0.13 μm (EP grade)
- Helium test leakage rate: < 1 × 10⁻⁹ std cm³/s
- Pneumatic actuator option available
- Service life: Up to 100,000 cycles

Meets ASTM G93C cleanliness requirements for oxygen environments. Add "-O2" suffix to order number.
Electropolished surface finish Ra0.13 μm with deionized water ultrasonic cleaning. Add "-EP" suffix to order number.
