VSB300 600-009 Terminal Block Equipped With The VSV30x Series Monitoring Modules
The VSB300 600-009 is a dedicated terminal base designed for the VibroSmart® Distributed Monitoring System (DMS) to house VSV30x series monitoring modules (including the VSV301 600-034 and VSV300). With configuration storage, hot-swap capability, flexible communication, and power distribution, it enables the VSV30x series monitoring modules to deliver maximum reliability and maintainability in heavy industrial applications such as power plants, oil and gas, marine, and paper manufacturing.
The base features DIN rail mounting and a robust construction, making it suitable for industrial sites, control cabinets, and hazardous areas (Ex Zone 2). It not only provides all input/output (I/O) interfaces but also incorporates non-volatile memory to store the complete configuration information of the connected modules, supporting hot-swapping and automatic configuration recovery.
- Designed specifically for the VSV30x series: Perfectly compatible with the VSV301 and VSV300 monitoring modules, featuring mechanical key codes to prevent incorrect insertion
- Hot-swap support: Modules can be replaced without powering down the system, and configurations are automatically restored from the base unit
- Non-volatile configuration storage: The base unit's built-in memory retains module configurations, significantly reducing downtime
- Side Bus Connectors (J10/J11): Adjacent modules communicate directly without the need for an Ethernet cable
- Ethernet Interfaces (Eth1/Eth2): Supports 100BASE-TX with a maximum distance of 100 meters
- DIP switches are used to select the active SBUS port (Side Bus or Ethernet)
