Description

Dual shaft shredder machine is driven by electric motor, and the blade is made of special alloy steel. Controlled by programmable logic controller, It can automatically reverse when encountering hard objects. Discharge size can be designed according to customer's requirement. It is applied in scrap copper wire/cable, copper, aluminum, car tires, computer had disk, drums, buckets, barrels etc.

1. Reduce the high speed of motor to the low speed of blades shaft through reducer. So the low speed dual shaft shredder has the characteristic like low noise, large torque, low dust, use inverter ( can adjust this machine effective, can forward and reverse intelligently). 

2. It has cracking, tearing, extrusion and no plugging, so that solid waste can be crushed through the equipment, which is convenient for deep processing.
