Radiator copper pipe recycling machine is designed to strip and separate the scrap radiator for recycling copper and aluminum with high efficiency and stable performance. There are three kinds of blade center distance: 19mm, 21mm and 25mm; that is to say it can strip the radiator whose copper tube center distance is 19mm, 21mm or 25mm

Before processed, the radiators shall be cut with a band saw into pieces of certain width. It can separate one layer or two layers radiators. When radiators are more than two layers, it will be cut into one layer or two layers by band saw machine.

Operation

1.Before feeding, cut large radiators into small pieces ( one or two floor),make sure the width 30-40cm

2. Please put the radiator into the correct feeding hole. ( see the distance between two copper tubes)

3. Turn on the power, feed the radiators , the radiator separated by blades & pressure wheel, so you can recycle the copper from the radiator.

4. If the radiator don’t separate or the blade cut so deep. You need to adjust by the Knob handle, let the blade and the shaft in the suitable position

5. To protect the motor, you need to add oil to reducer.

Radiator copper pipe recycling machine is packed by export standard ply wooden case. It is solidly and can not broken during transportation.
