300-400kg/h copper wire granulator copper cable recycling machine
Copper cable granulator is used for handling automobile wires, communication cables and other types of miscellaneous wires and cables. This machine has a compact structure, and has stable and reliable performance. Scrap copper wires and cables are chopped by the Chopper in the machine and then plastic pieces and copper granules are separated by airflow and vibration. Copper granules and plastic pieces come out of the machine through different outlets, and dust is collected by Dust Collector.
Raw material:
The wire is like auto wires, communication cables and kinds of miscellaneous wires and cables. Copper wires less than 20mm in diameter are suitable, single conductor diameter of 0.2-0.3mm is best.

1. The whole system is controlled by the Electricity Control Panel.
2. The bottom air flow is controlled by the Airlock.
3. The operation is stable.
4. Minimum copper recovery rate can reach 99%.
