Summary

Copper wire granulator is a complete production line which is used for handling auto wires, communication cables and kinds of miscellaneous wires and cables. It has a compact structure, stable and reliable performance. 

The working process is as follows:

1. The first crusher will cut the cables (φ≤25mm) into length 10—20mm pieces.

2. The second shredder( 10 pcs rotating blades, 4 pcs fixed blades) will shred the cables into length 3-5mm plastic pieces or coppers pieces.

3. Under the force of push of airflow and vibrating of screen, the pieces will move forward one the screen,the separate copper from plastic and send them out through air duct of vibrating suction.
