Description for Copper Wire Granulator

Copper wire granulator is used for crsuhing the scrap copper wires/cablesand separating the copper from plastic, such as auto wires, communication cables and kinds of miscellaneous wires and cables. 

Scrap wires and cables are crushed into plastic and copper granules by crusher. Then plastic granules and copper granules are separated under the double action of airflow suction and linear excitation of screen vibrator, so that they can make great efforts to move forward in the waveform of screen surface. Copper, plastic and mixture of copper and plastic are sent out from different outlets respectively. Dust is sent to the dust collector through the air duct. To ensure the copper purity, two small vibrating table are put under the outlet of copper and plastic. It can separate second time, so the copper purity can reach 100%.  (1-20MM waste cable can be machined, and 0.2-0.3mm diameter of single conductor is the best.)
