Copper cable granulator and separator is used for recycling scrap copper wires/cables with diameter less than 25mm, better for single conductor diameter of 0.2-0.5mm. The wire is like auto wires, communication cables and kinds of miscellaneous wires and cables.
copper wires are shredded by crushers, then plastic and copper granules are separated by vibration and airflow. They come out from different outlets, dust is collected by dust collector. The copper granules and plastic granules will be separated by small vibrator twice time. The recovery rate can reach 99.9%.

Noise Level
1). The machine’s unloading noise level is below 80dB.
2). Special Note: when the machine is working, the noise would increase as the machine’s working load is increasing, so the operator must wear protective earplugs in working.
Use & Maintenance
In the case of correct selection of machines, the service life also depends on appropriate use and timely maintenance. High temperature complex lithium base grease is used for bearings, so they are high temperature resistant, good at impact resistance, have a long service life. According to the actual use, users shall regularly inject grease. When Chopper blades get blunt, remove the blades and sharpen them with a blade sharpening machine, and adjust the spacing between fixed blades and rotating blades to 0.15mm-0.25mm. The grease for bearings should be replaced every 300 working hours, and grease for chains shall be added every 15000 working hours.
