Description of copper cable stripping machine

We provide various types of copper wire stripper for you to strip the scrap wires and cables easily. They can not only strip wires with plastic cover but also can make rubber cable stripped easily. The metal core can be either copper wires or aluminum wires. Copper wire stripper is composed of Frame, knife shaft, rolling shaft, inlet hole, gear, motor etc.

This model MS-120 can strip many types of cables including electric cables, high-tension cables and optic fiber cables, etc.. The motor is 4*4, 3 Phase. Gearbox can provide 4 speeds which are adjusted according to your need. It has forward and reverse running switch.

Note: when adjusting speed, first move one handle to Neutral position and then move the other handle for adjusting.

Working Principle of copper cable stripping machine

The Upper Roller and the Lower Roller press cables between them, the motor provides traction power and the blades cut cables in left and right. This machine has a motor and a gearbox for speed adjusting, so it has stable performance and is convenient for maintenance. Blades are fixed on left and right which is convenient to adjust blades according to the thickness of cable insulation.
