The roller features exceptional surface quality with a micro slot roughness requirement of Ra0.1 without processing marks and dimensional accuracy tolerance of ±0.005mm.
The inner slot is designed as an arc surface, with the entire groove processed by PG Profile Grinder to ensure precise customization that meets specific client production requirements.
