The expansion head is made of G2 tungsten steel with an optimized taper angle design of 92HRA body hardness + 20°, breaking through the bottlenecks of copper sticking and edge chipping of high-speed steel, and achieving precision expansion with zero scrap rate in the processing of air-conditioning refrigerant pipes.
