Air conditioning expansion joints are special tungsten carbide tools mainly used to expand the ends of copper tubes into a bell mouth or cup mouth during the maintenance and installation of refrigeration equipment (such as air conditioners and refrigerators) to ensure the tightness of pipe connections. 

Introduction:

A dedicated expansion head made of YG6 cemented carbide (94% WC-6% Co) with 89.5HRA toughness and hardness + 18° optimized blade angle is used to solve the problems of copper sticking and chipping in high-speed steel, achieving zero leakage expansion of φ7±0.1mm copper tubes at the million-level.
