Purpose and Features
The car EV roof trim extrusion die, along with the J5LA trim template insert block, is a specialized mold component designed for automobile manufacturing. Custom processing of these components is based on drawings provided by customers.
Previously, materials such as T8 carbon tool steel or aluminum bronze were used, but their limited lifespan couldn't meet modern production requirements. To enhance production efficiency, we now use precision machining with tungsten carbide material to manufacture extrusion dies and template insert blocks.

Carbide Dies Introduction
Tungsten carbide grade: K20, K10, K30 or other appointed high quality carbide grade. Non-magnetic carbide material can also be made for forming molds of magnetic materials, with high hardness, long service life, good wear resistance and strong resistance to corrosion.

YL01 Used for drawing diameters less than 1.5mm of steel, tungsten and molybdenum wire under high speed drawing as well as nonferrous metals with high requirements on surface finish
YL10.2 Used for drawing diameters between 1.5mm to 10mm of steel, tungsten and molybdenum wire under high speed drawing as well as nonferrous tubes with high requirements on surface finish
YG6 Used for drawing diameters less than 20mm of steel, nonferrous and its alloy wire or bar under a moderate stress. Also used for tubes less than diameters of 10mm
YG6X Used for drawing diameters less than 20mm of steel, nonferrous and its alloy wire or bar under a moderate stress. Also used for tubes less than diameters of 10mm
YG8 Used for drawing diameters less than 50mm of steel, nonferrous and its alloy wire or bar under a moderate stress. Also used for tubes under 35mm
YG11 Used for drawing diameters less than 60mm of steel, nonferrous and its alloy wire or bar under a moderate stress. Also used for tubes under 35mm
YG15 Used for steel pipe and steel bar as well as alloy steel bolt and head forging of rivet under a certain big stress
