         The tube microphone output transformer is intended to provide excellent bandwidth with carefully engineered sound “coloration.” Its performance is not compromised when driven from high impedance sources. This enables it to work quite well even with triode output stages. The lamination stack is made up of high nickel, cobalt, and steel laminations. Each is specially annealed to Shinhom ’s specifications to obtain the desired spectral response. It is uses a hum-bucking design giving it very good rejection of stray magnetic interferance. Being very well balanced, it also has excellent CMRR.
