Spray Drying Production Line Overview
We provide comprehensive OEM services for small scale spray drying machines and ceramic spray dryers, including complete consulting, design, supply, installation, and commissioning services for polymeric aluminum drying production lines.
Working Process
Polymerization aluminum slurry is transported to the spray atomizing disk for centrifugal atomization using a pressure pump. Drying hot air from the hot air furnace enters the tower, thoroughly mixing and drying with the slurry. The finished exhaust gas then enters the primary filter to collect polymerization aluminum powder, while exhaust from the primary filter top proceeds to the secondary dust catcher for final dust removal. An exhaust fan discharges the cleaned gas from the spray tower, and a screw conveyor transports the finished products to the warehouse for packaging.
