ISO9001 Sodium Silicate Production Line with 1350-1450°C Drying Furnace for Water Glass Manufacturing
Complete manufacturing system for producing solid sodium silicate (water glass) through advanced furnace technology with environmental compliance and energy efficiency.
The manufacturing process begins with raw materials - sodium carbonate and quartz sand - processed through three main stages:
- Ingredient Mixing: Automated or manual proportioning systems ensure precise material ratios
- High-Temperature Reaction: Chemical transformation at 1350-1450°C in reverberatory furnace
- Cooling & Solidification: Air or water cooling forms glassy sodium silicate solid particles
Features regenerative preheating system that elevates air and coal gas temperatures to 1100°C and 900°C respectively, reducing exhaust gas temperature below 200°C for significant energy savings.
Minimal environmental impact with clean fuel options (natural gas, heavy diesel, producer gas) and zero waste water or slag emissions.
Solid particles can be dissolved using rotary or static dissolving tanks with steam injection (0.4-0.7MPa pressure) for liquid product conversion.
