This turnkey sodium silicate manufacturing system utilizes a chain plate furnace design for efficient production of solid sodium silicate. The automated process transforms soda ash and quartz sand into high-quality sodium silicate through precise batching, high-temperature firing, and controlled cooling processes.
Production Process Overview
Raw materials are precisely weighed according to formula ratios and automatically conveyed into the furnace. At temperatures of 1350-1450°C, chemical reactions produce molten sodium silicate, which is then air-cooled or water-cooled to form glassy solid particles. The finished product is stored or packaged for distribution.
Energy Efficiency Features
The reverberatory furnace incorporates regenerative preheating technology that utilizes 1200°C exhaust gases to preheat air and gas to 1100°C and 900°C respectively, reducing final exhaust temperatures below 180°C for significant energy savings.
