Production Process Overview
Stage 1: Raw Material Preparation & Slurry Formation
Precise weighing of powder and liquid raw materials according to formula specifications, followed by slurry preparation in specialized systems.
Stage 2: Aging & Grinding Process
Slurry enters aging system, then proceeds through crushing and filtering systems for uniform grinding and particle refinement.
Stage 3: Spray Drying & Particle Formation
Processed paste is pumped to spray tower where high-pressure atomization creates mist particles. Hot air from furnace facilitates drying and heat transfer, forming hollow particles at tower bottom.
Stage 4: Air Lifting & Crystallization
Particles undergo air lifting and aging processes where surface free water transforms into stable crystal water, producing base powder.
Stage 5: Final Blending & Packaging
Base powder is screened and blended with additives (enzymes, pigments, fragrances, non-ionic surfactants) according to specific requirements. Final mixing and granulation occurs before automated packaging.
