Production Process Overview
Our high-spray tower technology produces detergent powder with an apparent specific gravity of 0.25-0.50 g/cm³. The process involves precise weighing of powder and liquid materials according to formulation, slurry preparation in specialized equipment, hydration aging, crushing, filtration, and high-pressure pumping to the spray tower top. Through specialized nozzles, the slurry forms mist particles that are dried by hot air from our furnace systems, creating hollow detergent particles at the tower bottom. Final product refinement includes air lifting, aging, sieving, and post-blending with additives like enzymes, color particles, fragrances, and non-ionic surfactants.
