Multi-Zone Combustion System
Optimized for high-moisture biomass fuels, the reciprocating grate system operates through four distinct zones:

- Burn-out Zone: Automated ash discharge and collection
Operating Principle
The hot air furnace utilizes an air-cooled reciprocating grate with removable stair-like components. Biomass fuel enters through the feeding hopper and progresses through the combustion zones while combustion air is introduced from below. The system generates hot air at 800-1000°C for drying processes, with optional tubular heat exchangers available for clean air output.
