Production Process Details
Powder Raw Material Handling
Raw materials including soda ash, sodium sulfate, zeolite, and STPP are supplied in 25-50kg bags. Materials are weighed using platform scales, manually unpacked into ground-floor feeding bins, and elevated to mixers via lifting equipment.
Liquid Raw Material Processing
Liquid components such as essence, nonionic surfactants, and LABSA are stored in barrels. These materials are transferred to dedicated liquid tanks using barrel pumps, then automatically measured and delivered to mixers via metering pumps for internal atomization. The atomized liquid droplets thoroughly mix and react with powder materials during the stirring process.
Final Processing & Packaging
Mixed materials are discharged through mixer valves and conveyed to screening machines via belt conveyors. Concentrated powder meeting particle size requirements is elevated to finished product bins connected to packaging machines. Semi-automatic packaging systems provide automatic weighing with customizable specifications, manual bag placement, electronic platform scale verification, heat sealing, quality inspection, and final product stacking and storage.
